This role is paid hourly and can be either a full time or part time role; with competitive pay, benefits, and an accommodating schedule.
- Execute the daily policy download procedure, invoicing, and filing.
- Completed Transactions in office and online credit card payments for clients.
- Answer phone calls and greet clients.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Assist with general administrative tasks in the office and support the other Team Members
Attributes, Skills, Education
- Previous Customer service and office experience preferred
- Positive attitude and the ability to work with a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to multi-task
- Computer literacy is a must. Experience with Applied Systems would also be an asset.
